Dental Care West is proud to offer Southern Cross Easy-claim. This enables Southern Cross members to claim on dental services approved within their insurance policy at the time of their appointment. Remember to bring your Southern Cross membership card, app or membership number with you to your appointment and present it to us at the time of payment. Dental treatments eligible under your insurance plan will be paid for directly by Southern Cross health insurance – no need to complete a claim form or wait for reimbursement. It’s that easy!

Some policies cover 100% of your dental bill up to a limit, while some policies cover a percentage. Our helpful reception staff can assist you via the Easy-claim website to help see what you are entitled to or have left for each claim year.
