Assisting (and sometimes bossing around) the dentists are our dental assistants. Our assistants are an integral part of our dental team. Each are certified and trained by us and the New Zealand Dental Association.

As well as assisting the dentist and running impeccable cleaning and sterilisation procedures, they will create a relaxing environment for you. They are a great team and are committed to helping patients feel at ease.

Assistants

Your initial contact with Dentalcare West will be with one of our 6 friendly administration and reception staff. They create a relaxing environment and make you feel totally at ease. They will welcome you into our practice, make your appointment and answer any questions you may have.

Our services include reminder phone calls for appointments and we run a recall system for our patients by sending out an appointment reminder, for either 6 or 12 months, for both the dentist and the hygienist.
