What information do we collect?
We collect information from you when you register on our site, subscribe to our newsletter or fill out our enrolment and health form. The management of all personal information in New Zealand is covered by the Privacy Act 1993. Where the information concerns a patient’s health, the Health Information Privacy Code 1994, a special code of practice issued under the Privacy Act, applies.

- To improve patient services (your information helps us to more effectively respond to your patient requests and needs)
- Your information will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent. - If you are receiving care that is fully or partially funded by the Ministry of Health or ACC, we are obliged to give them information when requested or when audited.
- To send periodic emails.
